Q How soon can I have a drink?

A. Generally the machine requires 30 minutes to 1 hour to completely freeze the drinks. of course this depends largely on machine placement, whether your party is outside, ect. once the first batch is frozen, any additional batches require little or no time at all to freeze.

Q How many drinks will each mix make?

A. Each cocktail mix makes about 5 gallons or about 70 9oz drinks.

Q I'm not sure how many mixes to buy, what if I get stuck with a bunch of leftovers?

you Can buy additional mixes for $20 a bottle, but if you don't use them we will buy them back from you. as long as they are still unopened

Q How much alcohol do I need?

This depends on what flavor of drink you want. Check out are recipes page to find out what type and how much alcohol you will need. all alcohol, if desired, will be provided by the customer.

Q How much ice do I need to buy?

Because of the machines design, no ice is required to make frozen drinks. All you need is mix, water and alcohol if required.

Q How far in advance should I reserve the machine?

The sooner the better. Just give us a call to check availability.

Q Where do I pick up the machine?

The machine is delivered to your location. all you do is supply the alcohol and will bring the machine to you and make your first batch.

Q When do I pay?

Payment is received at the time of delivery, we will accept all major credit cards or cash.

A $20 deposit fee is require when your reserve your machine.

Q How do I clean the machine?

you don't have to. Just turn it off when the party is over and we will take it from there.
